continuation to the voting system.
My opinion on the voting system is that its a good idea because you would never know who would become the president. Also i think its easier. All you have to do is go into the little booth and vote. its so much easier.

animal farm, final copy. (without conclusion).

Animal Farm.
Although Animal Farm appears to be a simple story about animals, it is actually a satire of Russia by, George Orwell. It was written right after the Russian revolution. At first glance, Animal Farm seems to be boring by looking at the cover, but if you really stick your nose in the book and read I’m sure you’ll like it. The animals over rule the humans to take over the farm. In Animal Farm, the pigs use stories and lies to inspire others, to empower themselves and to oppress the other animals on the farm.
The pigs used stories to inspire other animals. First, Old Major’s speech for example. He told all of the animals his BIG dream that one day he hopes would come true. That all of the animals would be equal and that they will all one day achieve their dream by taking over the farm. Also, the story about the windmill. Then suddenly Napolian stood up to reply, “This windmill idea is nonsense, and that he advised nobody to vote for it”. Lastly, the story about the rebellion. For example, Jones & his men came back to the farm to try to take the farm back.
The animals won and kicked the men off the farm. The animals were very inspired by the things that they heard.
Secondly, the pigs used to stories to empower the animals. The pigs broke the commandment. 2 examples are that Napoleon and the pigs slept in the beds. And they moved in the house. Also, squealer lied about the milk and the apples. He made up a whole different story about what happened to them. Also Napoleon sold the eggs to buy alcohol for him to get drunk and also lied to the pigs again. He lied to receive power and privileges.
Lastly, Napoleon told stories to oppress the pigs. He took away Sunday meetings so they could have more time to read and write and to get their work done. Also because they always disagreed at the meetings. He had told the other pigs to slaughter some of the animals. He disobeyed the amendment (NO ANIMAL SHALL KILL ANY OTHER ANIMAL!) Some animals are more equal then others. The amendment originally said “ALL Ammonals ARE EQUAL” not without cause. He lied to oppress the animals.
In conclusion, the pigs told stories to inspire and to get power for themselves. Also they told stories to try to take over the farm and obviously it worked and they didn't exzactly get their wish but they got a wish that turned out great anyway.

final copy. --- BEATLES!
Well, I chose the Beatles. The Beatles consisted of the fab4. John Lennon (vocalist): Born October 9, 1940, died December 8, 1980. Paul McCartney (Vocalist & Guitarist): Born June 18, 1942. George Harrison (Vocalist & Guitarist): Born February 25 1943. And last, Ringo Starr (drummer): Born, July 7, 1930. Originally, they were all from Liver Pool.
You’re probably wondering how they started, right? Well, in 1956, Paul introduced George to a band Called the Quarrymen Which John Lennon sang in. George was only 14 at the time and not old enough to join the group. But a few times he filled in for the regular guitarist and gradually became a member of the band.
As to many people, there practically the greatest group in the world and of the 60's, to some people. They were one of the most famous bands in the history of pop music. I think they influenced the world by making their music become alive.
Things that were so special about them were some people think they changed the sound of pop music, because they were the first British band to write their own songs and music. Before them, most bands and singers had their own songs written for them. They are also said to have been the first real “boy-band” pin-ups. Hysterical fans followed them everywhere they performed and Beatle-mania ruled all over the world.
About their songs, they recorded 214 songs from 1962 to 1970. The Beatles are also the only group in history to have 20 songs reach number one.
But that’s not all they did, they also made 5 films called a Hard Day’s Night, Magical Mystery Tour, Yellow Submarine, & Let It Be.
They were devastated when they heard the poor news about the Beatles splitting up. They split up when Paul McCartney said he was leaving the band in April 1970 and on December 31, 1970, the band officially split. But it was not the end of the Beatles. Each of them went on to have very successful solo careers with. But Paul still records and performs. December 8, 1980 John Lennon was going back to his flat in New York when he was shot dead by a fan who wanted him to autograph a record. 1999 George survived a stabbing after an intruder broke into his house.
So in conclusion, the Beatles are a very serious group that were a very popular group in the 60's.

Voting System.
Dear Friend,
We've just elected the first Black president, Barack Obama--a leader who will serve all of us. It's a profound moment many of us thought we'd never see. What makes it even more special is that it couldn't have happened without all of us.
ColorofChange.org is putting together a story about how we feel at this moment and in what ways we helped achieve this victory. Our stories are an important part of this historic moment. I've shared my story with ColorOfChange, will you share your story too? It takes just a moment:
http://www.colorofchange.org/stories08/?id=1827-693791
Ordinary people won this campaign for Obama, and we should be proud. Black people and our allies stepped up as never before: some of us talked to friends and neighbors, some of us voted for the first time, some volunteered, some gave money, and more.
And we feel great--we were personally inspired by Obama and witnessed history we never thought we'd see, while moving our friends and family to get involved in the political process and making new friends along the way that will last far beyond November.
As the dust settles, the whole media will be talking about how this victory came to be, and how everyday people feel about it. Your story should be a part of that conversation.
ColorofChange.org will gather the stories, and push to showcase them in the media, and also make them available to us. We'll be able to see what our neighbors had to say--as well as someone half-way across the country. They'll highlight the most interesting stories, and make sure the world knows how we helped make this happen.
A piece of this victory belongs to you. Make sure your story is a part of history:
